MMTs abound, but not surprising. I wouldn’t be a Competition if there weren’t people competing, right? Today’s style staples: ha, what style. Today is one of those days that I rock UofC sweats and a plain long sleeve – oh the joys of working in the office. My Post Reading Week Weekend was full of excitement, in a sense. Saturday night was one that I’ve been anticipating for a while; I think we went through like 5 movies? My Best Friend’s Girl, House Bunny, Mirrors, Baby Mamma, and some other random-ness. I really enjoyed Has D Ever? =) and in the spirit of eating healthy, we all munched on some delicious A&W. Sunday night was spent with my original Best Friend and honorary little brother; wings & bubble tea, the entire Feed The Animals album, and French psychological thriller, High Tension. I love that you’re an 8.5 second drive away, from driveway to driveway.
Monday means breaks over, time to hit reality once again. So much going on I’m surprised I’m even able to keep up with it all, especially without a phone (Berry-less Day # 17). Tonight I (finally) have a YouthScape steering committee meeting, tomorrow morning is UNICEF executive team meeting, and tomorrow night is the NHL 09 Tournament, put on in collaboration with VGC. Deviance midterm is next week, and Ethics paper due the week after. Stacey needs to get serviced again, because no matter how brand new your car, the $446 bi-monthly check is mandatory. Brake check, alignment check, engine oil check… seriously she’s not even 6 months off-the-lot yet. Can’t fight with the system tho, right?
Bumpin to Kingdom Come and As I Am, gotta find time for a few more important people before March comes around, and I have some huge decisions to make, right quick.
I, as usual, found comfort in the Word this morning: Encourage one another, and build each other up (1 Thessalonians 5:11) . If only we all could try to embody this simple verse, and try, just once, to implement it into even an hour of our day – what a difference that would make.
Anyway, Hi Anonymous! I’m still praying for you.
