As soon as I used the bright red room-key that had my name engraved into it to open the nine-foot door to my suite, I knew that I would be dedicating a whole blog post to the illustrious room in one of Vegas’ leading hotels. Steve Wynn is truly a visionary and his name-sake hotel, situated directly across The Strip from The Fashion Show Mall, boosts the title of being the only five-star, five-diamond resort in Las Vegas. The Tower Suites at The Wynn are accessed through a private gated entrance with private VIP check-in in the exclusive Tower Suites lobby. The hotel in itself offers a golf-course, nine restaurants, four nightclubs, five swimming pools, and some of the best shopping Vegas has to offer – there’s TWO separate Chanel boutiques, and North America’s only stand-alone Rolex shop, as well as a Ferrari museum. Unbelievable, and that’s only the main floor. Not only is the actual suite gorgeous and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows that boost spectacular views of The Strip, but the personalization of the whole experience is surreal. The LCD high-definition flat-screen television features a personalized welcome message every time its turned on: “Welcome to your suite, Mr. Charles”, which includes a list of the charges on your room, local weather conditions, and things to do while staying at The Wynn. The VOIP conference telephone made it so easy to make reservations, buy tickets, and connect with other guest suites, and was also personalized with “Mr. Charles” on it. The cordless phone, fax, high-speed internet, plus the other phone in the bathroom, along with the television in the bathroom, made staying in our suite more desirable then walking the strip. Waking up every day in the pillow top king-sized Wynn Dream Bed featuring 100% Egyptian Cotton 310 thread count linens was heaven, and it was certainly, thus far, the best way I’ve waken up on my birthday. Everything from the oversize Turkish bath towels to the bed-side window/drapery controls made the entire experience at The Wynn unforgettable, and we’re all in agreement that there is no other hotel we will ever stay at when visiting Las Vegas. Replicas of the Picasso paintings from Steve Wynn’s personal private collection were the decor of choice, and everything from luxe white leather to supple silk bathrobes made us feel like royalty. If luxury had a name, it would be The Wynn. Hit the jump for more exclusive photos:
