Last weekend, Vince, Euro-FF and I had a few meetings in downtown Amsterdam, one of which included a lunch-meeting with a few clients, and that’s how I found myself at Van Dam, in Amsterdam’s city center. Nestled on a quaint tree-lined street, Van Dam is a popular spot for both Dutch celebrities and wannabe celebrities to come in for a wholesome sandwich or a sharp cappuccino.
