For dinner last night, Euro-FF suggested we check out the quaint little town of Ede to grip this almost-addictive chicken from the rather opulent but old-school building pictured above. The Dutch Royal Family used to hunt for pheasants in the area, and brought them to this farmhouse to slaughter and eat. Since then, this family run business has stayed self sufficient by raising chickens in the barn in the back and serving them up, fresh and tasty, to people who travel all over Holland to come get a bite to eat. We had made reservations prior, so we were able to dig into some finger lickin’ chicken real quick man!
