Yes, the updates continue. There’s still tons of coverage left, so hold tight readers, you shall know all quiet soon. As part of the conference experience, all the delegates were given the opportunity to come up on stage and honestly do whatever they wanted. A variety of talent was showcased; there was “spoken word”, singing, flute-laying, drum solos, and at one point, a 1/4 of the people in the audience were on stage dancing the Bhangra. It was such an exhilarating feeling to see so many different people from such varied backgrounds and cultures, coming together to celebrate diversity, not bash on it. Unfortunately, I missed Part Two because I was tied up with some YouthScape stuff, but I’m sure it was just as dope. This was probably one of my favorite parts of the entire Global Youth Assembly.
