Maaaan, they say life is Gucci, and well, the "they" in this equation is actually the very smart and agile marketing team over at Gucci themselves. The genius of Alessandro Michele first revolutionized the brand, and then brought it all the way back to its iconic status, where everyone and their mom wants to wear Gucci. I don't think we've witnessed such a mass embrace of a brand - across so many levels - ever actually. And as dope as Gucci is, the truth is, its isn't that accessible due mostly to price points.
So in the spirit of fashion and the spirit of fun and in the spirit of keeping fashion fun, I am sharing some simple tips on how you too can dress with a Gucci vibe but without breaking the bank.

The first place to start your Gucci outfit hunt is directly at Gucci, of course. I browse through Instagram, Gucci.com, and Vogue's runway looks to see the pieces, the colouring, and the styling to get that Gucci vibe. So a few key elements of the Gucci outfit are - the GG print/motif plastered on things, this embroidered garden and forest imagery, the use of vibrant and contrasting primary colours, a nod to the seventies aesthetic, and honestly, just a whole lot of fun.
With this in mind, its easy to insert some elements of Gucci (or some actual Gucci) right into your outfit.
I picked up these amazing (some might say knock off-y) joggers from Zara last week, which are a great nod to the Gucci Garden vibes from a few seasons ago, and instead of going full Gucci with this look, I paired it with a black linen bomber and plain white tee, and also with my favourite Gucci hat from like eight years ago.
