No trip to Northern Europe is complete without a tour to an ancient castle, right? So a few weeks ago, I accompanied Mrs. Euro-FF, along with the ever adorable Jaiden, up to the quaint little picturesque town of Muiden, a little riverside community. Its very common for towns in Holland to be situatated along canals, and on the real, its quiet a breathtaking view;
The castle itself has now been transformed into an awesome Museum, and people are also able to book it out for weddings. Imagine the old school charm and glamor of your big day, in an ancient castle. Thinking about it, I would probably prefer a grand palace for a wedding setting, but to each his own, right? This specific castle was inhabited around the 1600s, and its almost mind boggling to see the bathrooms, the moat, the windows, the stairs. Pretty surreal experience.
and a quick bite to eat in the Castle courtyard, and we were off to Amsterdam.
