I guess one of my unwritten resolutions for this year is to be Productive. And if not just that, but to be more productively. I’d like to use my time and my efforts more productivity, and not waste time and energy on trivial, non-important things. That being said, today was a prime example of my new found productivity, and its amazing effects in my life. Today, I was able to accomplish the following tasks:
- Attend a UNICEF Executive Meeting (yes yes I was late, but still…)
- Go to all my scheduled lectures
- Drop a useless English class, pick up the intro to Law & Society
- Pay for Tuition, in cash, at the Service Stop
- Visit the UPO to discuss my future degree
- Set up an appointment with Career Counseling… to discuss my future degree
- Buy all my required text books and reading materials
- Organize all my course outlines and important dates (Midterms, papers, etc)
- Set up a meeting with the Regional Office for UNICEF
- Approach a Prof and get an overflow for a class
- Give my input on the next YouthScape Steering Committee Meeting
- Buy school supplies from the Bookstore
- Clean and disinfect the SU provided UNICEF office space
- Buy a parking pass for Lot 11
- Unpack from Banff, finally
- Wash and dry two loads of laundry
- Have catch up conversations with Caroline & Lindsay
- Clean my bathroom
- Clean my bedroom
- Clean my other bedroom
- Clean the sneakers in my recent rotation
- Pick out new sneakers for the new rotation
- Begin plans on the UNICEF Finale Show in March
- Take a long, hot shower (and shave)
- Clean my Berry and my Mac
And now, I sit here blogging, ready to crawl into my warm, clean, laundry-smelling sheets, after a day well spent, where much was accomplished. If only every day could be like this. God willing, it will be.
Alright kids, I’ll see ya when time permits.
Holla!
