If you know us, you know that one of our absolute favorite past-timefull-time hobbies is finding new locations to enjoy brunch. When we were looking for a Sunday brunch destination to lounge away a warm Sunday afternoon, we knew that Parc was certainly next on our list. Recently refurbished, this spacious but cozy spot just off 17th Avenue is arguably the most Parisian place we have visited in Calgary. We were instantly transformed to France when we stepped through the threshold, with the tell-tale white and black floor, the quaint front patio, the servers in long aprons and crisp white blouses, and the stacks of freshly-baked pastries waiting to be served. The menu items were also decidedly French, and arrived fresh, on-time and oozing with delicious aromas! We must have sat and chatted, munching on the appetizer bread, our main entrees, and the dessert pastries, for well over three hours, and the attendant servers were patient and charming to boot. Truly a refreshing experience, and we can’t wait to return! Click “READ MORE” below for much more photos from our dining experience.
