“QR” codes were originally used for tracking inventory. In Japan, they now appear on magazines, buses, business cards, and almost any other surface one could use to promote something or someone. THEY ALSO PROVIDE MOBILE HARD LINKS TO WEB SITES, READABLE BY MOST JAPANESE PHONES.
These QRs were created for Vuitton and Murakami’s collaborative projects and double as functional art.
Personally, its a pretty sick background on my Bold.
