That would be the jargon I was surrounded by yesterday. I had the pleasure of accompanying my Coordinator (lets call her Mustard) and my Team Lead (Tomato) all day in a Developer and Management Open House/Presentation for the Agile Methodology which our group has been involved in since December.
Instead of the traditional “waterfall” approach used when developing and integrating new software, our brand new Ambulance Billing Support System (ABSS) was chosen as the pilot project for an innovatie new concept in the design and implementation of software in the City of Calgary.
Anyway, it was a nice change of pace, and I got the chance to feel what my management team must always feel; amazing. Hahaha there was food everywhere, and for lunch, the whole development team and Mustard, Tomato and I went to Milestones on Stephen Ave. It was an absolutely gorgeous day out, and to top it all off, the whole lunch was expensed. Ballin’!
(SIDEBAR: The notion to name people in my life after vegetables and food accessories comes from some guy who at one point was my best friend)
