"Art, freedom and creativity will change society faster than politics." -- Victor Pinchuk
So many years ago, I used to do a bullet-point type blog post, which featured a splattering of random thoughts, from papers I was writing in university, to which rapper was inspiring my style. They never really made sense to me, but looking back at them now, I can definitely see where I was in my mind at the time, and at the very least, those warrant a small chuckle from me. So now, fast forward to today, and inspired by my wife's weekly roundups (check them out here), I thought I would try something myself - a splash of the pins, snaps, and sounds that are driving my motivation and keeping me inspired. Brought to you weekly, to hopefully ignite some new energy into you. Lately, I have found myself gravitating towards warmer caramel and gold tones, for the first time in years. I used to only appreciate cold but bright tones, like crispy whites and solid blacks, but in a type of maturation, I have been super into golds and yellows. There seems to be a certain luxury and allure to them, no? Anyway, to always change and evolve is a key trait of a creative, and I only hope that I continue to grow and experience different things and appreciate new palettes and new genres of music and new types of fashion.
